We must be notified of all medications you need to take on tour , (form to follow) .

You MUST have a letter from your doctor stating which medications you are carrying with you and why. This is

 now airline policy .

                                                                              Passports

You must have your own up to date passport , your passport must be valid for 6 months AFTER our return to

 the UK . It must have a picture that looks like you not as a 5 or 6 year old .

We must be notified if you have or intend to travel to another African country prior to the tour
